Do you buy/sell alcohol?

No.  We only provide logistics services to alcohol traders.

How can I monitor my inventory stock in your warehouse?

Log in to your customer portal and not only see your live stock report, but also access your current and historical orders, sales invoices and transport documents such as CMRs

How long does loading/unloading a truck take?

Loading/Unloading can be done in 10 to 15 minutes depending on the time of day and resources available.

How are claims for damaged pallets handled?

If a pallet is damaged upon receiving and there is a potential claim, a picture of the pallet is taken and immediately sent to the customer for review. The customer then advises the warehouse to continue receiving or to hold the product in quarantine to allow further review.

Do you have a price list?

Yes price lists are shared after an initial account opening request where we can briefly discuss your requirements.

Can you provide late night after office hours and weekend service?

We are sometimes able to offer out of hours services and weekend loadings/unloading if required, on request.

Are my goods that you store insured?

Whilst your goods are stored safely and securly in our fully alarmed and cctv monitored facitilies, please note that they are not insured.  As owner of the goods, you are responsible to provide your own insurance for the goods stored in Revera.

What is the maximum load capacity?

For EU road transport it is usually 24500 kgs. It is equivalent to 1920 cases of beer in 24 x 0.5l cans.

Can I arrange my own outward transport?

All deliveries TO Revera can be arranged by customer. For all shipments going out FROM Revera, Revera will be arranging transport.

Can you issue COO certificates or Eur1 documents?

Yes, we offer both and also are able to deliver the original copies to a choice of your address.

Do you require a deposit/fee to open an account?

A deposit may be required depending on the credit score of your company and what types of volumes you will be working with.  However, there will be a non refundable fee of 50 EUR to open your account
